Come Along to the ‘Funny Farm’!

Published by at 9:59 pm under Gina K Designs,Other Than Cards

Yes please!  You’re invited to join us on the Gina K. Designs preview of the newest Card Kit stamp set, “Funny Farm“!

My first thought upon seeing these stamps, was of a milk carton approach … so here it is!   If you would like to make one too, just follow this link  to the Splitcoaststampers tutorial.

For the wrap band around the carton, I stamped the farm scene 3 times to create a long strip.  The image strip is mounted on a coordinating band of paper, then adhered to the carton.   The little hogs are affixed with pop dots.   I thought it would be a really fun way to send some chocolate kisses to someone!

Next up is a fun little farm scene, created with the same basic farm image as on the carton, but I’ve added the little farmer girl and a couple of her favorite sheep for a special thank you.      While I’m not typically a “scenes” stamper,  this set is such fun that it was very easy to do.   There are so many cute images from which to choose, that the hardest part is deciding which ones to use.  😉

Both of these projects feature the Gina K. cardstocks and ribbon that are included in the ‘Funny Farm’ Card Kit — free when you purchase the Funny Farm stamps! For more samples with tonight’s new stamp sets, please visit these participating designer’s blog links:

The entire team would like to cordially invite each of you to our release party this Thursday night, September 30.  We’ll have contest questions, challenges, chatter, and lots of samples with the new stamp sets to share during the party.   Please make plans to join us from 7-10 central on StampTV!

Thank you so much for your visit and your thoughts!
