… All Your Dreams … TTC24

~~~~~~~  Here’s my take on the idea:  ~~~~~~~

One of the first ideas that captured my eye was the B&W flooring stripes and the visual continuation of the vertical lines up the photo as my eyes caught the stairway railing.   That started my process, leading to the dry pressure embossed stripes in the white background.  (Okay … I tried to adjust the photo to make them easier to see … but in the interest of “moving on” – we have what we have here.  Some days are ‘diamonds’ … others … not so much!)

Thinking back to the beginning of your marriage, or your first adventure with your new spouse, surely there were many dreams of what the future would bring.  That’s why I chose this vintage young couple to appear in the ‘hanging photo’ on this card-size ‘wall’.  And those ‘dreams’?   There they are in the sentiment … atop a ribbon of the horizontal rose color seen in the inspiration.

Here’s how I used my Touch Twin markers during the coloring process.  Honestly …  it took longer to create this color map than it took to do the actual coloring.  😉  Just click the image for a larger view.

I know it must look like I tried my very best to use a whoppin’ big ol’ bunch of markers, but I promise, this is just it worked out by the time I was finished!

    Love that image Bev! Your coloring and the way you incorporated the vertical lines from the inspiration is fantastic
