It’s Wonderful!! * Creative Crew

Here we go with my second project for the January Creative Crew challenges over at Splitcoaststampers!

Challenge CCREW0114DF is to show us your take on Fancy Foil Designer Vellum, using  cool wintery colors such as icy, shimmery, white, cool blues, soft pinks, all mixed up with some earthy tones of red berries or evergreen.

I’m just going to admit it right now …. I am SO glad to be a part of this challenge!  It caused me to buy this silver embossed vellum, and wouldn’t you know it?  I loved it from the moment I opened the package.   Needless to say, I really enjoyed creating this one.

For some added glam I added in a layer with the new Silver Foil sheets and a die cut layer of the same.  It’s a perfect partner for the Silver Foil vellum.  The larger background layer is Brushed Silver cardstock.

The final little silver detail is the Silver Ribbon.  Tiny width and so easy to tie for a nice impact.  It’s back again in the Occasions catty, carried over from the just-retired Holiday catty (SU).

I hope you like it and maybe even feel inspired to get creative very soon!   I’ll be back in a couple of days with something new to share.
