Groovy Flowers!
When I created this for Jami’s “Occasions” swap, my task was to use either of 2 of the papers in the “Afternoon Tea” collection by Stampin’ Up! Silly me didn’t realize when I signed up for that paper that I would have to use these particular colors. But as it turns out, this is my second time to create something with Groovy Guava, only to find out later that I like the end result in colors. It reminds me just a little bit of being a child who is told to eat their vegetables, secretly dreading it on the inside …. and then discovering that the stuff was okay! haha
I love this huge floral image in the set “Friendly Flowers” (SU’s Occasions Mini Catty). I used Wild Wasabi and Groovy Guava refills along with Tsukineko’s “Fantastix” to color the stamp. “Fantastix” are an absorbent coloring tool that you can use with any color ink that you need. The larger blossom is hand-cut, while I used my SU Scallop Punch for the top blossom.

ACCESSORIES–>> Scallop Punch, Tsukineko ‘Fantastix’ (@ eclectic Paperie), Wasabi Double-Stitched Ribbon (SU).

This is oh so yummy!! Much better than eating your veggies! I did love your analogy, so clever of you! I was the kid who would never try it, no matter what, and that’s still me today! lol! Seriously, LOVE this card, wishing so badly that I was in your swap! Waaaaahhhhh!

This is beautiful and so fun! The layout is the perfect showcase for this giant bloom. This Afternoon Tea is some of the prettiest paper SU! has made, I think. Love this!
