You’re In My Prayers …. CC217
Alas, I have the need for several Sympathy cards at this time. I replaced the sentiment on my card posted here so it could be sent to my cousin’s wife & daughters. I wish I could just fly out to California quickly to attend the services, & visit, but, we simply cannot always do everything we would like to do. 😉
The newly posted SCS Color Challenge is to use Cameo Coral, Ballet Blue, and Garden Green on a project. Welllllllll, for me …. Cameo Coral is at the “edge” of “what??!” I know … I do realize that I am quite possibly a minority of “one” on that. Thank goodness, I live in the U.S.A.! 😉 Anyway, for me, this was definitely a challenge!
I used a lot of “other” embellishments, such as eency weency pearls, attached thanks to the cool new toy given to me by my DD after Winter CHA! Thanks, Jessica! The toy? It’s a “Quicker Picker Upper” by QuickKutz … especially designed to pick up & move little gems! It’s another one of those “”Why didn’t “I” think of that“” tools … seriously! Nevermind .. it’s already on the market. 😉
No, I do not own any Cameo Coral ribbon … soooooooo, I pulled some white organdy ribbon across my Cameo Coral ink pad, squeezing the ribbon between a hand-held sponge and the CCoral ink pad ….. until …. Voila’! Coral organdy ribbon! The multi-loop ribbon technique is from my sweet friend, Kittie Carriciolo.
Thanks so much for stopping by today! I have a bit more “personal” stamping to do, likely duplicates of recent posts, and a bit of new “pink” snuggles to capture this week as well. 😉 Oh, how sweet it is to be called, “Mimi”! Thanks for stopping by today!

I think you did a lovely job using these colors and that ribbon is just stunning! I wasn’t a fan of cameo coral until I paired it with not quite navy and the cute pig from ‘Walk This Way’ that came out a lonnnnnnng time ago. don’t use it on a lot, but gosh, I used it on tons with that set! 😉
