Hey there, everyone!  I’m still battling a few blog gremlins, but hopefully, this will get to you sometime Wednesday morning!  Our uber-talented friend, Candy Williams, is the hostess for today’s Wacky Wednesday #13.  Candy has challenged us from the Rubbernecker Blog to create a project with ‘inchie squares’ today.   I didn’t confess to her how “inchie-challenged” I am already, even without that challenge!   So I took it on as a “personal” challenge … shhhhhh!

floral-hrt-inchies-ww12-broc-frnt-020-500x393.jpgThe project colors come from the My Minds’ Eye designer paper you see in the background.  I have so few ‘blue’ items surrounding me, and I was immediately drawn to this paper, feeling like it would work with both butterflies and flowers.   The color scheme only required a few Copic markers.  I’ve held onto this paper for quite some time, but I finally found the project I felt was right for it.  Don’t you love that feeling, when things seem to “fall together”?

The layout is a pretty tradional horizontal format, but adding layers seems to incorporate all of the colors nicely.  The left corner can be changed to include the appropriate small sentiment, but for now, I finished off my light green rhinestones, awaiting just the right moment.

I hope you’ll take a few minutes to try your hand at an “inchies” project this week!  We would love to see them at the Rubbernecker Blog.  Link your project thru “Mr. Linky” on the Rubbernecker blog, and you’ll be eligible for a sweet prize via random drawing!  C’mon along and play with us!  I would love to see you as the winner!   I hope you’ll have a fabulous day out there!  It looks to be in the 80’s here …. I cannot complain!
