Gina K Preview 2 * ‘Quite a Catch’ + ‘Gone Fishing’

GK Quite Ctch tppr 585×186

Welcome to the previews of two more new sets from Gina K!  Tonight you’ll find team members sharing their latest creations featuring Theresa Momber’s new “Gone Fishing” set, and Gina’s new card kit set, “Quite a Catch”.   So just in case you’ve been feelin’ ‘crabby’, I’m thinking that you’ll find some things along the way to make you smile tonight!

It’s my treat to be sharing a couple of projects featuring Gina’s “Quite a Catch”.  For a limited time, because this is a card kit stamp set, you actually get a free card ‘kit’ ($9.95 value) when you purchase the stamp set … Hey!  That’s really quite a catch on its own!

This cute crab is enjoying his little bit of sandy beach.  When he hurries, he apparently scuffs up little bits of sand that scatter across the beach and onto the card!  The printed paper is included with the Quite a Catch card kit.  Here, it’s layered atop the newest GK cardstock, Turquoise Sea, plus Red Hot

Wouldn’t this little crab look cute on some beach picnic invitations?

Next up is one of the adorable fish from this set.  His apology is so sincere … see that heart-tugging look on his face?!  I’ve used clear dimensional adhesive to give his eyes the extra depth …  Oh my!  I think he could be near tears!

I’ve added a teeny bit of shimmery paint to the fins & tail, just to capture that glisten of a fish jumping out of the water.  Not sure what happened here, but …. there’s no ribbon, or ribbon substitute!  I’m sorry, fishy!
