Spring HoneyPOP Blog Hop!
Welcome to Inky Antics’ Spring HoneyPOP Blog Hop!
If you’ve already been hoppin’, then you’ve come from True’s blog . If you’re starting here at my blog, then you’ll want to be sure to see all other stops along our inspirational hop by checking the complete list on the Inky Antics Blog. 😉
I used Inky’s ‘Bumblebee HoneyPOP‘ clear set and Yellow Honeycomb paper to create my projects, which you can find on this page.
My first project includes a few of the images from the Bumblebees HoneyPOP set, and includes the fun of the dimensional Honeycomb paper creating the ‘hive’ on the inside of the card. Inky Antics has lots of fun colors of Honeycomb paper. This just happens to be one that works well with this stamp set. I created a simple template to sponge in the sky for the interior, and the bees are all popped up with foam tape for a bit of fun & added dimension.
For my next project, I’m still using the Bumblebees HoneyPOP clear set, but I did not use the Honeycomb papers this time. I created a hive-shaped card and kept all elements very simple.
This time I’ve simply stamped one of the cute sentiments on the inside, and added a simple, uncolored bee image in the message area. This is the way to go for the person who likes to write a personal note in the card.
The blog hop starts today and ends on Sunday, February 27th at midnight Central time. Please visit each DT members’ blog to view their projects and leave a comment for each designer. Ahhhh yes, the more you comment, the better your chances are to win. (Limit one comment per blog, please). Two people’s names will be drawn at random to receive a surprise Inky HoneyPOP prize pack. The winners’ names will be announced on the Inky Antics blog next Monday, so remember to stop back and see if you’ve won. As soon as I know who won, I’ll also add the news here on my blog. 😉

I like the hexagon shape on the front of your honeycomb card and the inside is beautiful. Shape cards are my favorites and this one is wonderful.
