Heart Smiles! * CTD185

Published by at 4:00 am under Color Throwdown,Rubbernecker

Here we go, friends!    It’s time for the last Color Throwdown challenge in March, and my sweet friend, Broni Holcombe has come up with a beautiful collection of colors for us!   Now since this is the last Wednesday of the month, it’s also my last week as the Guest Designer with the delightful Color Throwdown team.   Thank you big bunches, Ladies, for the pleasure of playing along as your Guestie this month!

In the beginning, I thought I would focus on the floral wallpaper, and try to incorporate ‘circles’ in some way.  Then, I moved from florals to a large focal image with a circular shape.  And then, I just had to change it entirelyone of the pitfalls of being ‘me’.

While you might not see it as I do, I think I’ve kept the “retro” feel of the inspiration piece.  And of course, there are circles, but on a much smaller scale than in previous attempts.  Some days, a girl just has to change things up a bit!   😉

If you’re in the market for more inspiration, you’ll definitely want to check out the creations by the rest of the Color Throwdown team.   Check’em out and leave a little love for these talents while you’re there!
